Writer's Block is an Illusion, How to write your way through it by Bridgette Hayden

If you get blocked by one story and try to write a different one, you’ll soon find yourself blocked there, too, because you keep coming up against a process within your thinking that you don’t fully understand. It causes the solution to be invisible to you. I can help you see the invisible answer that will allow you to write your way through any so-called writer’s block. The problem is, you don’t understand how your inner writer works. It’s the inner writer’s job to take all the potential you believe in and, according to your direction, weave it into a narrative or whatever form you desire. But if you have so much desire, so many moving parts, and not enough clarity to see your way to it, your inner writer is going to stop moving. It won’t budge until you make some decisions that turn all infinite potential into a straightforward course of action.
